"My time with Salt Creek Grille began in 2008 as a young cook just looking for the right opportunity to learn and grow in the industry. After being hired as a pantry cook, I began to quickly move through the ranks, working every single station from prep cook to line cook, all while attending Saddleback College and receiving my Associates Degree in Culinary Arts with a specialization in International Foods. Eventually, I was promoted to sous chef in 2012 and then received the executive chef promotion in 2017. I have brought my hispanic roots and flare to the Salt Creek Grille, Dana Point kitchen all while remaining true to our classic american cuisine."
